Some Digital Rights to gameday play-by-play are retained by the league and are therefore not a part of the parent contract between Chiefs Radio and the Kansas City Chiefs. In general Chiefs Radio Network Affiliates are permitted to stream all pre-game and post-game content.
Most affiliates simply blackout from Kickoff to 3 hours 10 minutes after kickoff. This will typically meet the requirement preventing affiliates from streaming play-by-play.
However, the flagship (KFNZ-FM, KANSAS CITY) is permitted to stream via desktop and laptop. It is up to you if you wish to link your listeners to that. Be advised the stream will be blacked out for most mobile devices, tablets and certain streaming devices (i.e. Sonos/Amazon Echo/etc).
The Audacy app for mobile devices does have an exclusion to this policy provided the listener is within 100 mile radius of Arrowhead Stadium
